Do guests pay, or can a host cover the experience?
Either can work. We offer guest-paid pop-ups where each guest buys their own hat, and host-sponsored events where you cover the hats for your guests. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll discuss options in your quote.
Do you travel to my venue?
Yes — we come to your chosen location and bring the hats, patches and hat bar display inside your event space to set up on-site. We serve the Kansas City metro and nearby communities in Kansas and Missouri. Farther events are considered by inquiry and are subject to quote. Venue suitability is confirmed before booking.

Can our branding be incorporated?
Ask us about custom patches! Share your logo or theme ideas in the notes of your request and we'll talk through what's possible.
How much space does the hat bar need?
The hat bar is a compact tabletop setup. We'll confirm specific space, table and power details with you when quoting.
How far in advance should I book?
Submit your inquiry as early as possible — dates are handled on a first-come basis once confirmed.
Is my date confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form sends a request only. Your date isn't reserved until a member of our team reviews the details and confirms with you directly.
How much does a hat cost?
Retail walk-up hats start at $35 and include one small patch. Additional patches and embellishments cost extra. Private events and corporate activations are custom quoted.
